ENGINERING, PROCUREMENT, CONSTRUCTION and MAINTENANCE
INDOMAINT KARYA UTAMA (IMKU) is a business entity that was established on Tuesday, November 6th, 2012 based on the Notary Deed No: 7 of P. Sutrisno A. Tampubolon in Central Jakarta, with main business in Civil, Architecture, Landscape, Interior, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing, not only in the aspects of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction but also in Maintenance. Although we are still immature in age, we are fully experienced since IMKU was established as a subsidiary of PT Indocater which has handled Catering Industry, Housekeeping and Accommodation business since 1978 and its maintenance division has been established and got public trust since mid-2000.
Indocater started to work on the field of maintenance at Cooperation Contract Projects among others at CNOOC SES Ltd. Pabelokan Island - Kepulauan Seribu. BP West Java (PHE ONWJ), in the following sites: Echo, Mike-Mike, Lima, Lima, Papa, Uniform, Foxtrot, Zulu, Avsa, Mike Bravo, Muara Karang, Tanjung Priok, KLA, Cilamaya, Quarters, CITIC Seram Energy Limited in Bula, Seram Island.
We have done a variety of work at sites with a high difficulty level, such as at the Offshore, Onshore, Barge, Rick, Platforms, for maintenance and repair of HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning), Construction of Sea Wall Structure, Sewage Treatment plant, Garbage Collection, Incinerating, Pest Control, Landscaping, Electrical & Mechanical, Civil Work, Furniture & fittings, Mess & Laundry Equipment, Safety Equipment, Sport & Recreation Equipment, Oil Spill Combat, Fuel Handling, Segregation, Turbine Installation ventilators, Architecture , Plumbing System, Waste Disposal, etc.
With the support of experts from PT Indocater, we are accustomed to a good standard of working according to the rules of QHSE (Quality Health Safety Environment) for example in the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as stated in the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Regulation No. Per.08 / Men / VII / 2010, as follows: Safety Helmet, Ear Muff, Safety Glass, Mask, Raincoat, Face Shield, Safety Harness, Gloves and Safety Shoes, and some other devices as required at sites and type of work performed.
We also provide some training for our crew who work at the field; both training provided directly at the site and the in-house training provided at the Media Group Employee Training Center in Kedoya, West Jakarta. The trainings that are provided for our crew and staff for a variety of position are: as follows:
Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Basic Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Corrective & Breakdown Maintenance, Basic Mechanical Drive, Fastener, Troubleshooting Analysis, Hazardous Area Classification.
Emission and Pollution Control, Building and Exterior Housekeeping Requirement, Manual Handling, Marine Pollution Combat, Risk Assessment, Job Safety Analysis, Hazard Identification, Scaffolding and Fire Fighting.
As for the Managerial Level, at least we provide trainings like:Counseling Skill at Work, Paradigm Shift, Corporate Values and Code of Conduct, Supervisory Skills, Train The Trainer, Finance for Non Finance, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Performance Goal Setting, and many others.
